25 Chess players from around the State converged on the Havenview Primary
School for the Burnie Shines Weekend Chess Tournament.

The event was organised and run by the Burnie Chess Club.
Format: 6 round Swiss with Fischer increments
Time control: 75 minutes per player per game with a 10 second increment per move.
